The San Francisco Bay Area chapter of HDI, a community of technical support professionals, has selected Ellie Mae Technical Support Analyst Veronica Gonzalez and Synopsys Desktop Support Admin II Marie Nguyen Vo as its top two 2018 award recipients.
Each year, HDI (http://thinkhdi.com) works with local chapters to identify and award the highest honors in the technical service and support . The award recognizes the industry's top first-level support analysts and desktop support technicians for their commitment to industry standards, excellent service, and their record of consistently exceeding performance objectives.
HDI San Francisco Bay Area (SFHDI) local chapter celebrated all our nominees Thursday, December 6th and announced local chapter winners for Analyst and Desktop Support Technician.
In January 2019, SFHDI chapter winners will have an opportunity to compete with their peers regionally. Each regional winner will be given the opportunity to represent their respective region at the HDI Annual Conference & Expo for the national level.
