Speaker:  LaDonna L. Spragg
Bio:
LaDonna “grew up” in food service and believes this was a great training ground for honing customer service skills.
She has been with Accenture for fifteen years, providing application support for a proprietary, legacy DMS (dealer management system) used by Caterpillar dealers around the world.  She is the customer service champion in the project.
Active in HDI since 2006, she has served as VP Finance and President of the Central Illini local chapter, and Librarian, VP of Communications, and President of the Chicagoland HDI local chapter.  She currently serves at District President of District 2B.
LaDonna was blessed to have 40 years with her husband, Ted.  They built a wonderful family of three great kids (now six with much-loved “in-law” kids), and eleven beautiful grandbabies.
