Topic: Elevating Customer Experience Through the Use of Salesforce at the Service Desk
Speaker: Vadim Gorelik, Consulting Manger at Salesforce
Mr. Gorelik has almost 25 years of IT experience, with over 10 years spent within Higher Education. His experience and expertise within Higher Education industry includes end-user support, network engineering and administration, software development, and project management. Prior to joining Huron, Mr. Gorelik spent seven years working at the University of Texas (UT) at Austin, McCombs School of Business. During his time, Mr. Gorelik worked closely with all areas of the college’s operations, implementing solutions to address continuing education, admissions, student services, student life and career services. Mr. Gorelik was also a pioneer of Salesforce use on UT Austin’s campus, led the Austin Salesforce for higher education user group and was the inaugural member of Salesforce’s Higher Education Advisory Council. Mr. Gorelik was also a member of adjunct faculty with UT Austin McCombs School of Business and St. Edwards University, teaching at both undergraduate and graduate level variety of courses related to Information Technology including Software Design and Development, Project Management, and Strategic IT Management.
