The HDI Los Angeles Chapter is a community of dedicated IT Service and Support Professionals. We gather together for the purpose of networking and expanding knowledge in IT best practices for personal and professional growth. We are committed to providing best-in-class educational programs, informative speakers and fun events that add value to our members.
We are a member-driven organization established to support Los Angeles-based service and support professionals to provide programs for continuous improvement and growth of the customer service and technical support Industry. We promote member collaboration, networking opportunities and educational programs as well as share information about current technologies, tools, and trends.
HDI offers a variety of services to meet the evolving needs of the service desk, desktop support and customer support professional.
