Jamie has 20 years of ITSM experience and is very passionate about delivering exceptional IT services and support. She currently manages the following teams at SAIF Corporation, in Salem, Oregon: Desktop Support, Service Desk, Identity and Access Management, Technical Training, Production Control and Operations. She has led numerous large projects throughout her career, including Technology Lead for the rebuild of SAIF's headquarters office.
