This presentation will explore some ways to create partnerships among your teams to ensure the best outcomes for the customers you serve and the staff members in your departments
Speaker Biography:
Kelly Kleinfelder is a visionary IT leader with a winning track record of building, reorganizing and overseeing best-in-class IT departments. Extensive experience in IT operations, business process improvement, policy authoring and compliance allows her to deliver technology solutions/strategies that result in efficiency gains and cost reductions. She has served in various IT leadership positions at Stonemor Partners since 2005. In her current role as Vice President - Information Technology, Kelly founded and facilitates the IT Steering Committee, which is comprised of senior leaders, to ensure IT the IT initiative are aligned with corporate goals.
