Brent’s background in knowledge management goes back to 1998, over which time he has had the pleasure of working with firms ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 and government agencies in areas spanning BPO, KM consulting, and software.
When not being a KM geek, Brent enjoys getting out into the open spaces of Idaho and Montana with his family to camp, hike, and fish.
