Jason is an energizing leader who helps achieve successful outcomes with focus on customer experience.
Jason has more than 12 years of experience in IT Service Management and leadership. Most recently Jason led a software development team at Thomson Reuters, responsible for developing customized solutions used to deliver client data to their internal data warehouses and third-party stakeholders.
For almost 10 years, Jason led the Thomson Reuters Service Desk responsible for supporting external clients for proprietary applications and technology solutions on a 24x7x365 basis, proactively monitoring system health and performance, and ownership of the company-wide incident management process.
Prior to Thomson Reuters, Jason gained a variety of technical experience supporting credit card machines with Fifth Third Bank, and customer service experience from managing a Blockbuster Video store before Netflix took its place in history.
Jason learned computer programming at UW-Milwaukee, but realized that his heart was most happy in a career where he can focus on helping people grow.
Jason is a busy father of 7-year-old twins, Eliana and Trevin, and 2-year-old son, Jaxton. Jason is a die-hard Brewers fan, an avid musician and bowler, and he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle when it is not snowing
