This thought provoking session will cover the following leadership techniques for any professional:

  1. Prepare: Declare your priorities, sharpen focus, and improve engagement.
  2. The six levels of listening; it’s more than responding.
  3. Deliver your best: An interactive deep dive to identify your preferred outbound communication style and the desired inbound style of your audience.
You will leave this session with ideas and techniques that will allow you to better connect with people to drive engagement, collaboration and outcomes.
