HDI's Jenny Rains discusses Metrics: A Fresh Approach
Stop reporting metrics for the sake of reporting metrics. It’s not only a waste of time, but also harmful to the business. Getting down to the root of WHY you report specific metrics to various stakeholders is a very valuable exercise.
We will discuss some steps to help you think through the metrics you and your teams use. This session will give the attendees ideas and tools to help them be the champion for change in their organization. If we are going to report metrics, let’s do it right.
